Kick off Black Breastfeeding Week 2023 with The Cookout: Celebrating Black Breast-feeding Week hosted by Serenity Midwifery & Birth Center from 10am to 2pm. This event is free to the public. Get ready to learn from International Board Certified Lactation Consultants and discuss topics such as breastfeeding and working, what's normal and what's not while breastfeeding, and a special session for ALL birthworkers (no matter how you identify) titled "Lactation Support for Families of Color (for birthworkers)!
